A separate charge, never part of a package or room rental. We price it to what you actually need: how many hours, what screen size, any added screens, and the on-site technician who runs it. Ask and we will quote it with your event.
Portable 98-inch 4K display
Included with the Platinum package. With Signature or Canvas, it is a flat $150 per day.

How booking works
Check your date
Tell us your date, guest count, and vision through our inquiry form. We email a personalized quote and follow up by phone to schedule your tour.
Reserve your date
Reserve your date with a 25% retainer, or with a $500 booking retainer and required monthly payments. Both apply toward your balance. Your quote includes a payment schedule and our rental agreement.
Payment and deposits
Choose the standard plan with a 25% retainer, or the monthly plan with a $500 retainer and required monthly payments. Either way, the final balance is due 30 days before your event.
Plan the details
For catered events, final menu selections are due 30 days out and the final guest count 14 days out. We set the room so you can simply arrive and celebrate.

Payment and deposit policy
Choose the payment path that fits you. Both begin with a non-refundable retainer that applies toward your balance, and both finish 30 days before your event. Your retainer is separate from the refundable security deposit described below.
Standard plan
- 25% non-refundable retainer at signing, applied to your balance
- 25% due nine months before your event
- 25% due six months before your event
- Remaining balance due 30 days before your event
Monthly plan
- $500 non-refundable booking retainer at signing, or $700 for both rooms on the same date
- The remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments through 30 days before your event
- Monthly payments are required and must stay current to hold your date
- Available when you book at least six months ahead, with a $250 monthly minimum
Either plan
- Your balance is paid in full 30 days before your event
- Final menu selections are due 30 days out
- Your final guest count is due 14 days out
- Payments are accepted by cash, check, or credit card
Good to know
Refundable security deposit
A $1,000 refundable security deposit, separate from your booking retainer, covers damage, excessive cleaning, or fines for policy violations. It is fully refundable when none of those apply, and is returned within three business days after your event.
Event insurance
Renters carry short-term liability insurance of $1,000,000 for the event date, naming Gino's Event Center as an additional insured. Proof is due two weeks before your event.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Your booking retainer is non-refundable. Payments made beyond the retainer are refunded on a sliding scale: 75% at 12 months or more before your event, 50% between nine and twelve months, and 25% between six and nine months. Inside six months, payments beyond the retainer can be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Beverages
All alcohol is served by Gino's under our Ohio liquor permit. Your bar package covers your guests from the first toast to the last dance.
Outside caterers and vendors
Licensed vendors send a business license, certificate of insurance, health permit, and final menu at least 20 days out, and review timing and kitchen procedures with our team.
Food prepared by family or friends
When food is prepared by family or friends rather than a licensed caterer, the renter takes responsibility for food safety and for cleaning the kitchen and all food service areas.
Please leave behind
No confetti, glitter, dyes, or anything that stains. Indoor smoking and vaping are not permitted. Open flames need written approval in advance.

Your quote comes with our full rental agreement, which covers access times, payment schedule, prohibited activities, and liability in detail.
