Every event starts with a room rental. Choose a half day, or book the full day and save. Food is priced separately on our catering menu, so you only pay for what you choose.

Room rental: The SID Room
Includes tables and chairs for dining for up to 100 guests. Weekday rows are highlighted.

Peak season is May 1 through October 31. Holiday dates are quoted individually. Evenings end at 11 PM Sunday through Thursday, and at midnight on Friday and Saturday. Full days end at 11 PM Sunday through Thursday, and at midnight on Friday and Saturday.
Platinum

Canvas
- Silver Chiavari chairs and 72-inch round tables for up to 225 guests
- Cake, gift, cocktail, head, and buffet tables
- Chafing dishes, serving ware, warmers, refrigerators, and the mobile kitchen hookup
- Lobby access, two secure VIP rooms, kids' playroom, Wi-Fi, and parking
- We set and break down your tables and chairs. Decorating and dressing the tables are not included
- Table linens are not included with Canvas. Add them with Signature or bring your own
Amenities included with the Platinum package:
- Full-day venue access, 9 AM to 11 PM Sunday through Thursday and 9 AM to midnight Friday and Saturday, plus the day before for decorating when no other event is booked. Extended hours are available when an extended bar package is purchased, or when extended bar hours are reserved for cash bar service
- Room setup: we set your tables and chairs the way you request
- We place our centerpieces, chinaware, and table decor for you. Your own decor, favors, and menu cards can be placed for you when arranged in advance, priced under finishing touches
- Chafing dishes, serving ware, rolling carts, warmers, refrigerators, and a mobile kitchen hookup for your caterer
- Silver Chiavari chairs, 72-inch dining tables, cake table, gift table, cocktail tables, rectangular head table, and buffet tables

Morning and evening on the same day: morning celebrations end promptly at 2 PM so our team can reset the room. Evening vendors, bands, and DJs load in starting at 3:30 PM, and evening hosts may drop off decor and gifts that morning.
Food and beverage
Catering is priced separately from your room rental, per guest, on our catering menu. Brunches, luncheons, and trays are delivered and set with an attendant. Dinners and stations include full staffed service. Prices marked ++ are plus a 20% service charge on catering and 8% sales tax. The service charge does not apply to bar service. Sales tax applies to room rental, catering, and bar service.

Bar service
Five hours of open bar with one bartender per 75 guests. Coffee, hot tea, soda, and lemonade included.
Bar packages are subject to 8% sales tax, with no service charge. Cash bar setup starts at $250 per bartender. Custom drink tokens with your names or monogram are $6 each (25 minimum). A bubbly toast starts at $3.50 per guest. All alcohol is served by Gino's under our Ohio liquor permit, so outside alcohol is not permitted.
